We are thrilled to introduce our newly curated experience, and we would like to call it “The Tree of Life.” The menu highlights the versatility of the coconut, utilizing every part of the tree and its fruit in various forms such as water, milk, sugar, syrup, vinegar, and nata de coco. The team’s innovative approach transforms the traditional coconut into more subtle, elegant flavors, aligning with our focus on sustainability and fine cooking.

Redefining luxury with local ingredients will always be at the core of our philosophy. This multi-course experience will take you on an immersive journey around the Philippines and South East Asia.
