For more than a year, Chef Mano Thevar and Chef Chele have been envisioning the opportunity to cook side by side—two chefs united by a deep admiration for each other’s craft, creativity, and approach to cuisine.
Now, that vision comes to life at Gallery by Chele for two extraordinary evenings.
Joining us from Singapore is Chef Mano Thevar of Thevar, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant celebrated for its distinctive interpretation of modern Indian cuisine. Together with Chef Chele, he will present an exclusive menu born from their shared curiosity, creativity, and years of mutual respect.
Nearly every dish has been created especially for these two evenings—a true dialogue between two culinary perspectives and terroir India, Philippines, Singapore and Spain, brought together in a singular dining experience.
